How do I return an item?

While we hope that you receive items you love in every order, we understand that sometimes you need to send something back. To do so, please read the following to help you through the process.

What can be returned?

Most of our items can be returned, the exception is for underwear which cannot be returned due to sanitary concerns. 

How do I create my return?

You can create your return by clicking the returns and exchanges link at the bottom of our home page. The only information you will need is your order number and email address. If you do not have these details, or you need help creating your return, please contact us using the HELP button at the bottom corner of your screen.

How much does it cost to return something?

In order to make returning an item as easy as possible, we have a few different options to make it as convenient as possible.

• You may send the item back using our return process for STORE CREDIT, in which case we will provide you with a shipping label for free! You will then be emailed a gift card code for the value of that items once we receive your return. 
• As well you may send the item back for a REFUND to your original payment method. If you go with this option there will be a fee of $14.95 that is deducted from your refund to cover return shipping. 
• You may also return your item using a shipping service of your choice, mailing to the address below.

• If you go with the above option, there will be no return fees. Just make sure to specify in the package whether you would like a store credit or a refund to your original payment method, and also your order number and contact information. We always recommend using our return labels as we are able to ensure that the packages are safe along the way.
