My shipment is taking a long time. Is there anything you can do?

We know sometimes couriers can take a little longer than wanted to deliver a package. Once it is in their hands we can only see the status that you can by viewing the tracking page. If you suspect your package may be lost or hasn't had an update in a while please reach out to us at [e-mail] and we will see what we can do to help. We know how excited you are to receive your order so keeping an eye out on the tracking provided when your order shipped is the best way to know where it is and when it should arrive.
